Why do I need to change my web site?

Maintenance includes alll the routine changes that keep your site fresh and accurate. For example, businesses may need to change to

...add new products or services as they are available. Your web site design should be flexible enough to allow updates to product lists or service descriptions whenever they are needed.

...keep the site interesting to visitors. New pictures and text will intrigue visitors and encourage them to explore your site further.

...include current information. Your website can advertise your sales or special prices, special events, seasonal products

...tell your visitors about the latest news. Did you win an award, add new employees, add a new location?

Even if you have few business driven changes, you will want to update your site to

...refresh pages to keep showing up in search engine results. Search engines thrive on novelty and look for sites that are changing regularly.

...keep up with changes to the search engines. A site that shows up at the top of search results when it is created may not rate as highly when the search engines are changed. Those changes happen as often as every few months, in an effort to be more accurate in the pages they serve up to the user.

Panhandle Technology's Maintenance Plan

Our maintenance plan is simple. There is no required monthly fee. Your commitment can be as little as one hour of services. You can email changes to us and we will make them within a day or two.

You pay only for services you get.

Like our design services, maintenance is based on an hourly rate. You can pay for as little as one hour and we will draw on your account in 10 minute increments. If your site does not require changes, you will pay nothing.

Discounts are available for ongoing maintenance.

If you purchase 5 hours of maintenance or commit to one hour a month for 5 months, the sixth hour is free.

Charges for repeated routine services are negotiable.

If you have a type of update that is made regularly, we can negotiate a charge based on the number of items or a monthly charge.
